About Us

Chuck grew up in Alabama and Florida and graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelors in Communications.  He owned several businesses (marketing, title examination and recruiting) in Alabama, Georgia and Florida throughout the 90's.  In 2002, Chuck went back to school and graduated from nursing school in 2006.  Chuck started Emergency nursing right out of school and quickly moved into a Team lead position.  He obtained his Master's degree in 2016 and has worked as a Director for two different hospitals before moving back to the bedside to focus more on mentoring people and spending more time with his wife Elyse.

Elyse grew up in rural Arizona, with very humble beginnings. She obtained her Certified Nursing Assistance license before finishing high school.  She saved enough money to buy her own home at the age of 24, where she lived alone with her son Jameson until meeting Chuck.  Since then, she has accelerated her career where she now runs a simulation lab here in AZ.  She recently built on her lifelong passion for photography and is now one of the premier, published photographers here in Arizona.  She lives with her husband, Chuck and son, Jameson in Lake Havasu City, AZ where she freelances in family, nature and boudoir photography.
